Some experience rates

So thieving is one stat that I like to get up really quickly but I feel like the third stall should be amped up a bit. Also smithing, it's sooo slow lol. But that makes sense considering nobody likes doing it lol.
But these are just suggestions, other than that the game is awesome and I'll definitely be sticking around for awhile:)
