I tried out everything altar for runecrafting and none of them give 10k per 27 rune ess. Adding runecrafting pouchs would be helpful or adding law , nature and blood altars with more given exp.

You can use summoning to help you with this aswell, get a familiar with BOB and you will be able to fill it up with essence.
